Description:

Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. Call centers are located either within an organization or outsourced to another company that specializes in handling calls. agents work to answer customers' questions and solve their problems over the phone or via other means of communication.
